Do the Following Slowly and Smoothly. 

On ONE:    Clench the hand tightly into a fist.

On TWO, THREE, and FOUR:    Slowly release the tension in the hand..

On FIVE:    Let the hand relax.   Repeat.   Practice this with all the voluntary muscles from head to toe.
