Abdominal Breathing + Tense Relax

In this exercise, start at the scalp (knitting brow) and work your way down to your toes (clenching toes).
At each region of the body, do a tense & relax exercise while simultaneously doing the abdominal breathing.
On ONE: Tense the muscles in the selected region and inhale and expand the abdomen.
On TWO, THREE, and FOUR: Slowly relax the muscles in the selected region and exhale.
On FIVE: Rest. The muscles are fully relaxed, air is fully exhaled, and the abdomen collapses inward.
